This page describes how long we retain website-related data.

Categories and retention periods

• Contact form submissions: retained up to 12 months for follow-up and operational records
• Analytics and performance telemetry: aggregated/anonymous after 30 days
• Logs and security events: up to 90 days for troubleshooting and abuse prevention

Disposal

• Time-based deletion jobs for aging records
• Aggregation/anonymization for analytics after the retention window
